Hi, I'm Graeme the live in landlord, looking to offer a good sized double room complete with double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe and room has sky stream. Also living in the house is Elly (32) and William the cat. Ideally looking for someone Monday to Friday but will accept 7 days a week, no couples. You will share a bathroom with Elly. All utility bills are included including broadband, sky and council tax. The house is perfect if you want to come and join me in the living room or just go up to your room. There is on street parking and a small courtyard garden.

If you are a party animal, this place would not be for you. I do allow guests to stay but would expect you to be considerate of others when they are about. The property is close the the town centre, not too bad a walk to the train station (5 mins) and good for links to the motorway. If you are interested, give me a call and we can arrange a viewing.
