Cosy single room, furnished with single divan bed, solid pine wardrobe with drawer, dressing table, mirror, wicker chair, window blind, curtains, carpet. You are welcome to make use of entire house including large lounge, large, well-equipped kitchen/ diner, shared bathroom with shower over bath, broadband/wifi, good mobile access, nice garden, good neighbours in a quiet neighbourhood. I live with my adult daughter and two friendly cats. My house is not on the main estate road, it's on a footpath and near a large car park (no boy racers!). I also have a large front garden which is private due to location of house.
