The property has parking for 5 cars on the driveway & there is also on street parking. There is a secure bike shed in the front garden.

We provide a regular cleaner for the communal areas.

The kitchen is fully fitted with everything you could need. There is a communal area with dining room table and chairs and a sofa with a 50 inch TV.

We are looking for a professional tenants who will respect the house, the existing house mates and the neighbours and treat the house as if it were your own.

There is a £550 deposit for all rooms, which will be held in a deposit protection scheme.

In addition to the deposit you will be required to pay one month’s rent upfront.
