The house has super fast broadband with two ceiling WIFI boosters with the added benefit of hard wired Cat 6 access points in all rooms.

The property has parking for 5 cars on the driveway & there is also on street parking. There is a secure bike shed in the front garden.

We provide a regular cleaner for the communal areas.

The kitchen is fully fitted with everything you could need. There is a communal area with dining room table and chairs and a sofa with a 50 inch TV.

All rooms come fully furnished with beds, mattresses, wardrobes, drawers, bedside table, 32 inch smart TV, lamps, USB sockets, WIFI connection in the rooms, pictures and dressed beautifully.

We are looking for a professional tenants who will respect the house, the existing house mates and the neighbors and treat the house as if it were your own.

A deposit is required for all rooms, which will be held in a deposit protection scheme.

In addition to the deposit you will be required to pay your first month’s rent upfront.
