Double room to rent in a professionals house share, besides renting a double bedroom (currently furnished with a superking-size bed & 2 large wardrobes) you also get your own private bathroom and a separate smaller bedroom that could be utilised as a snug, office, storage, kitchenette etc (presently having a sofa chair and a small fridge in situ).

Happy to discuss moving furniture around or being swapped out in the event you have your own furniture, rooms all require the paint to be freshened up, happy to discuss changing the existing magnolia to a different colour we are all happy with, prior to moving in.

Use of shared kitchen, utility room, large living room, garage gym, woodworking workshop, office space & outdoor cinema.

Presently houses 1 married couple, 1 female tenant & two small Jack Russells (very friendly), as such we will consider pets but would need to ensure they get along.
All bills included within the rental price, this includes Vodafone WiFi with a 500mb fibre connection to ensure anyone working from home gets seamless connectivity.
