Large double room with own bathroom

Hello, I’ve recently just purchased a 4 bedroom house in badbury park. I currently live by myself and I am looking for one person to rent one of the large middle floor rooms. (I stay on the upper floor) the Room would come with its use of your own bathroom as I have my own on the upper floor. The Room can be furnished as little or as much as you’d like. All bills except council tax would be included and it also benefits from having high speed internet. The kitchen is also spacious with all the amenities and a decent sized lounge with table/ sofa. There is a garage and driveway parking with also further communal parking if you drive. It’s probably not ideal if you’re a night shift worker as I tend to work from home from time to time.
