Quiet house in Lawn - 2 double rooms available

Hi there, I'm Carl. There are two decent doubles available, both with huge amounts of storage and further garage storage considered. Brand new bathroom shared between two new tenants, I would use the shower room downstairs (I would be living in the third room). Living room and kitchen/diner also to use. Broadband and most bills paid, some contribution towards council tax and gas/electric to be negotiated but I will pay majority share. Male or Female, professional or student, but must be ok with cats and prefer a quieter house. Parking available and a garden too. My area is one of the nicest (and quietest!) in Swindon.
