Me, my partner and our little fluffy dog are a sociable couple and we're looking for a friendly and tidy housemate to move into our 2-bed terraced house. We are in Rudloe on the outskirts of Corsham. We have great links to Bath and other surrounding areas.

DEPOSIT - We would prefer 1 months rent in advance as we feel this is safer for both parties - 6-month rolling contract, terms are negotiable to ensure both parties are happy.

A full contract will be written up and signed after the agreement is made.
