Newly decorated double room

I am looking to rent out a double room for a Monday-Friday long term let.

I have a spare newly decorated double bedroom in a three bedroom house. The room has a King size bed, bedside tables, set of drawers and built in cupboard. The room also includes black out curtains and new bedding.

There is a shared front room, kitchen/dining room and bathroom with a bath and separate shower.
There is also a downstairs WC and good sized front and back gardens.
The kitchen is fitted with fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer.

Parking available to front of house.

All utility bills and WiFi are included in the cost.
