Double room available now

I am letting out a nice furnished large double room in my housing association flat. The flat is on the 2nd (top) floor and is clean, bright and warm.

I have a Beagle dog so you must like animals!

The bathroom has an over bath electric shower. Kitchen is a good size with the usual appliances. The room for let has a pine double bed with bedside cabinet, triple wardrobe and a bookcase. Also a pine mirror with a shelf underneath.

I am a clean, quiet respectful person and have set a realistic weekly rent, but there is an extra charge of £30pm for council tax

There is good transport to Chippenham (5 miles) and Bath (8 miles) Corsham town is delightful, with lots of interesting places and walks to discover. Corsham has a swimming pool, gym, library, banks and some nice shops including take aways and pubs.
