Double room, nice quiet house in a good location.

A decent, comfortable and well furnished double bedroom in a quiet semi detached house with a great kitchen, nice garden, living/dining room, garage and broadband. Although the advert is for Mon/Fri I have no issues at all if you wish to stay for the occasional weekend. All bills included in rent. Close to MoD.

I have a fully furnished double bedroom (3m x 3.7m). The house is decorated and furnished to a decent standard, 2 bathrooms and a good-sized kitchen and utility room. There is also a garage, garden, patio and summer house with decking, living/dining room and a spare room/office. The house sits on a quiet road, is 50m from the Bath-Chippenham bus stop and is just a few minutes’ walk from Corsham town centre and the Springfield Leisure Centre. It's a safe area with plenty of on-street parking; there will always be a spot in front of my garage for any sized car. I work away during the week and only return at weekends, twice a month on average. The other lodger goes home most weekends, there are rarely more than 2 people in the house at any one time.
