Double room walking distance from MOD Corsham

A fully furnished, good sized room. Furniture includes king size bed, built in wardrobe, chest of drawers, dressing table, bed side tables and large mirror. There is also a TV with Freeview in the room.

There is a shared bathroom and second loo, living room with smart tv, dining room and fully equipped kitchen. The house has unlimited broadband/wifi.

I (and my other lodger as of late Sept) work away from home during the week so the house is pretty quiet. It is stumbling distance from the nearest pubs, walking distance from town and near the stop for buses to Bath and Chippenham. It is less than a mile from MOD Corsham so would be ideal for someone working there as it us an easy walk/cycle. There is a garage to store a bicycle if necessary and parking out front (one off road space, more on quiet street).

Cleaners clean the communal areas once a fortnight. A rent reduction could be negotiated if you are prepared to regularly mow the lawn.
