House Share, own living room, sky multi room.

I am looking for someone to come and share our home, I have a good sized double room avalible as of October, there is also a living room (we have our own private one)

Ideally we would like to rent on a Monday to Friday basis (this will be slightly less a month) this would make a great home from home for someone who is needing to stay away from home for work and I am happy at request to wash the bedding and towels when needed as I can understand the struggles of this when working full time and travelling back home for weekends.

I am happy to rent full time being to the right person :).

We both work full time, I work shifts for a medical organisation and my partner is a heating engineer, I work all different shifts so would be ideal for someone to be understanding of this. Also someone who is socialable, tidy and reliable.

The bedroom is a good sized double, this comes fully furnished, there is a furnished good sized comfortable living room with a 47inch TV with sky multi room (full sky package!!) with wifi, this is open plan with the large kitchen, with washing facilities, There is a shared bathroom upstaids and a small toilet/shower downstairs (this is not really used but is ideal with 3 people being in the house) there is a big shared garden, which my lovely Mum keeps together for us (thank goodness!)

I am happy for the rent to be paid weekly or monthly which ever is easiest.

We both smoke but outside.
