Double Room in New-Build Property.

I would like to share my home with another person who may be looking for a longer-term rental. I already have one, great, considerate and mature lodger who is often away at weekends.

There is a single bed in the furnished double room but if you would prefer to bring a double bed, or other furniture for the room, with you that’s fine.

Cricklade is half-way between Swindon and Cirencester. The High Street is a 15 to 20-minute walk away where there is a supermarket, butcher, chemist, etc. and the Leisure Centre (with a pool) is even closer. There are lovely country walks nearby and we are not far (driving distance) from the Cotswold Water Parks.

There is parking at the house and the 51/53 bus route between Swindon/Cheltenham passes nearby.
