Quiet, clean respectful person. TV provided and bedding as well. The room has lots of storage for a single room. Use of kitchen and lounge. Quiet respectful of others and clean person.
People who smoke have to go outdoors no smoking in house. No Drugs or Alcohol abuse strictly forbidden.
Pets are considered with extra charge, but it has to work out with my own pets.
