En suite double room

Double room to rent with built in wardrobe. En-suite includes shower, toilet and sink.

In the house lives me, my brother and friend of mine( 2 polish people )

House is three stories with living room, large kitchen / dining room .
Kitchen and living room is fully furnished with Xbox to share use. Also has a shared bathroom with bath and toilet in ground floor.

We are looking for someone who will clean after themselves and assist sometimes house work ( hoovering, clean the kitchen etc ). All genders and nationalities are welcome.

The house has a no pet and no smoking policy enforced by landlord, smokers will have to use the garden this includes vapes.

Room is available as of 16.07

Room is in an ideal walking distance from all factories in Hopton road and opposite Ball Aerocan.
