15min walk to the town centre, located in a quiet residential area.

Plenty of outside space and driveway parking available.
Shared kitchen, utility, dining & lounge.
Bedroom has 2 large double fitted wardrobes so plenty of storage space!
The en-suite is a shower.
You would be living with your landlords, we are used to having had lodgers previously including shift workers. It’s a generally quiet household, we do have friends / family round for dinner etc but never overly late nights.
We would prefer someone who is not required to work from home.
