Large room in fab town centre house

This room would be best suited for someone moving to the area for a new job or as a placement student.

The house is located in the town centre. The buses run from the Market Place, 5 mins away. In fact, the coach to Victoria runs from our road! It is really handy for someone with no car or who likes to walk home after a night out! There is space to keep a bicycle.

We are a friendly bunch and we take it in turn to cook in the evenings which is friendly, tasty and saves money! We have a very gentle whippet and hens in the garden.

The house is very large and "swallows" people; it is a friendly home. It is an excellent abode for a young professional or a student. All members of the household, bar me (!), are under the age of 34.

There is no daytime parking at the house other than the usual 2 hr slots; we make do with thinking ahead and parking in Commercial Road, when we are not at work. The location of the room, at the middle of the house, means that there is no noise from the road.
