Located 40 minutes from Salisbury & Bristol, 30 minutes from Swindon and just 20 minutes from the M4 the attractive 2 bed house is situated on a nice quiet no-through road adjacent to the peaceful Kennet and Avon canal.

Whilst being at the edge of this market town (and with the lovely countryside at your doorstep), the town centre is only a 15 minute walk away, a 5 minute stroll to the local Lidl, a handy 1 minute walk from the local bus stop and just 15 seconds to the local park.

For those who don't drive, public transport is very reliable, yet if you do drive, routes by car are a breeze what with links to both the M4 and A303 just over 1/4 hour drive away.

The house is a 2 bed, features all mod-cons as well as a nice sized garden with patio, driveway and small shed for bikes/storage.

Getting online is simple with fast and secure broadband/WiFi included with the rent. Speaking of internet, the mobile signal is very good in this area and extends decently into the surrounding countryside and farmlands.

The room available is a large double with space for a double bed, wardrobe, desk and chair or small sofa. Additionally the room has plenty of plug sockets and a TV aerial and it's located right next to the bathroom which includes a bath with shower overhead, sink and toilet.

I'm a live-in landlord that works from home 50% of the time, the remaining being divided up between the office and on the road.
I'm easy going, considerate and like to keep the place clean and tidy although I'm not a neat freak!
As well as myself, there is my dog that lives here. She is super friendly, well behaved and house trained.

You, the lodger/house mate, needs to be professional and in full time employment. You will need to provide references (professional and personal), as well as the security deposit which will be stored securely and returned upon your departure.

In town there are plenty of shops including Marks & Spencer, Morrisons and Sainsburys. There are also plenty of cafes, restaurants and pubs/bars as well as a choice of well equipped 24hr gyms. For more of a choice regarding shopping, city life is under an hour away including the beautiful historic city of Bath (featuring its University).
Other amenities include plenty of schools, a leisure centre, doctor's, dentists and the industrial estate is just off 1 of the main roads and this also includes more gyms and a fantastic kebab van!
