Double room (single bed)in a large shared house 0.5miles from Devizes town centre.
Room would suit a working professional. Shared fridge/freezer in kitchen, own cupboard spaces, cooker and, washing machine. The house has Broadband, drive parking, and private garden.

My lodger/house mate will be professional and in full time employment. You will need to provide a references (professional and personal), but this can all be discussed.

A security deposit will also need to be provided which will be stored securely and returned upon your departure.

I'm easy going, considerate with lots of interests and like to keep the place clean and tidy.
