The Bathroom has a standard 3-piece bathroom suite with shower over bath. Recently decorated

Rent is £600 per month with a £300 Deposit

The rent can also be paid weekly if you prefer.

There is free off road car parking for one car in a residents car park.

I will provide a residents parking permit which needs to be on display when parked in the car park
