Good sized room to rent in town centre

Decent size room available to rent in my home, I work so can be put a lot of the day but when I am on a day off I am a home bird and do like to chill watching TV, reading, cooking etc...I'm laid back and will help with being accommodating with anything you may need to settle in, the room will be empty, I'm happy for the person who moves in to decorate the room if they wish as I haven't decorated at all, I don't mind a short term let or a semi long term let, I quite flexible as to the needs of renter, I do currently have a dog so would need to like dogs, she's a labradoodle and very friendly.
The person I'm looking for to move in will be calm and down to earth, doesn't mind the odd evening of socialising which can be a little noisy and I wouldn't mind the same and I'm happy to have visitor in the flat, not to stay over tho.
Unless discussed, someone who will help me upkeep the communal areas, bathroom, kitchen and hall. The flat is council tax band A.
