Beautiful double bedroom on the second floor of a townhouse which is located in a quiet cul de sac, close to the canal. Lovely walk into Devizes along the canal. Use of a shared drive, and space in the garage for a bicycle. Own bathroom with bath and shower, and use of a large kitchen. Very quiet location, with the married owners living in the house. Owners work from home in two offices on the second floor, where the room is located, and would prefer someone who does not usually work from home. Applicants must be in full time employment and references are required. No smoking household. Currently the owners have no pets, but they will possibly be adding a cat and small dog to the household in the near future. You will be welcome to use the garden which has a large daybed and two tables. Washing of clothes can be done for an extra fee. SKY Stream TV, WiFi, and the room has a double bed, triple and single wardrobe, chest of drawers, bureau with pull-out desk, two tub chairs, two foldaway chairs, bedside table and two lamps, and magazine rack/table. Two sets of bed linen and towels are provided, with the choice of goose down or polyester quilts and pillows. There are two large windows with new blackout curtains, and blinds, making the room, which has just been painted, light and airy. Kettle, mugs and tray also provided in the room. Own food cupboard and shelf/compartment in the fridge/freezer in kitchen. A quiet and friendly household.
