3 rooms available mid-Feb Devizes 95-105 per week

Three rooms for single occupancy available from mid-February in a shared house in Devizes. Another double room with additional living space (suitable for a couple) will be available from early March.

Room 1: Ground floor double occupancy £150 per week
Room 2: First floor single occupancy £105 per week
Room 3: First floor single occupancy £100 per week
Room 4: First floor single occupancy £95 per week

The house is on Cyprus Terrace, an easy 5 minute walk from the centre of town.

We are currently having work done to the kitchen and installing a second shared shower room. Pictures to follow when works complete.

We ask that all tenants of shared houses are respectful of other occupants and their property, maintain clean and tidy living space, and keep noise to a sensible level.

The rent includes all bills: utilities, council tax and broadband.

We take 2 weeks rent in advance, plus first month rent on moving in. £100 holding deposit to secure the room deducted from this total.
