Current lodger has been living with me for 3 years and sadly only moving out to move in with partner.
The bedroom has a comfy double bed, double wardrobe with hanging space and shelves, plus a full length mirror. The room also has a bedside table and chest of drawers. It is very light and airy as it has two large windows.
Full use of kitchen, with microwave, oven, fridge etc and washing machine. The living/ dining room is very spacious and has a large tv, dining table and chairs and tropical fish tank.
The bathroom is shared, clean and has a power shower, with a shelf for your toilteries.
Fibre broadband and neutrally decorated throughout.
Location is near B&Q, 15 minute walk to the centre of town. Quiet, trouble free location with quick access to main commuting routes.
Tenant must be clean and tidy and I would want you to respect my home.
I'm a professional female who works Mon-Fri in Melksham (occasional Saturday too). I would describe myself as friendly, outgoing, neat, kind and welcoming. I'm happy to have a tenant who would want to interact/ socialise or one that literally just wants their own space.
