We are looking for a lodger for our one-bedroom, fully furnished annex with own kitchen, lounge and bathroom. Utility bills included in the rent shown (incl. internet, council tax, etc). The rent covers sole use of all the rooms shown in the pictures.
Our house is located in the heart of Downton, a beautiful village with shops, amenities and several lovely pubs in walking distance. The village has excellent transport access to Salisbury, Southampton and surrounding areas and our house is very close to the A338. The New Forest National Park and Cranborne Chase AONB border the village, perfect for walking and cycling.
The property features a generous bedroom and reception room, all with large sash windows for natural light.
The lodgings are accessed through the gardens of the main house. We have off-street parking and you would be welcome to park in the shared driveway (single vehicle).
