Our current lodger is leaving after a very happy 2+ years with us, so we are looking for someone new.
We have a downstairs bedroom with an en-suite shower room. It has a king-sized bed, a TV, Wi-Fi, and facilities for making light refreshments in the room. Although there is use of the kitchen and washing machine too. It has French doors which open onto a small garden terrace. There is parking next door to the house. We have a cat and a nervous dog, which aren't allowed in the room but are around the rest of the house. Own transport required as we live in a village.
We are looking for a professional, respectful person with a good sense of humour and a love of animals.
The room is available from the 1st March 2026.
References will be required.
