Description
Our house is central Durrington, closest to countess roundabout onto the A303. Sainsbury’s one end of the road, Tesco’s the other end and plenty of eateries within walking distance.
We are an easygoing Husband and Wife, both full time workers looking to make the most out of the house. We have a fairly large dog just turned 2, who loves humans! So our lodger must be dog-friendly. We have a door to the stairs and we never let the dog up there. We try and vacuum everyday to keep fur at bay!
The bedroom is a good size front-facing room with comfortable kingsize divan (with storage) bed. Bedding is provided with two bedside tables, lamp, chest of drawers and cupboard with full length mirror. 32” TV with freeview. For additional cost, access to virgin media can be arranged. The room was not originally decorated for renting out and therefore probably lends itself more to a female housemate.
We are providing our lodger with use of their own fridge freezer and cupboard, use of the living room and garden. Washing machine and tumble drier available. We have a front porch with space for shoes and coats, downstairs toilet and shower and bath upstairs. There is space for one car parking off-road.
Happy to accept Monday-Friday lodgers.
No smoking in the house.
We would expect our lodger to be respectful, clean and tidy.
