Spacious room available, fully furnished in quiet area just outside Salisbury with quick, easy access to Salisbury (5 miles), Porton Camp (less than 2 miles), Andover (c. 10 miles), Amesbury (5 miles), etc. The village has a regular bus to Salisbury and there are two Park & Ride sites for Salisbury within a few miles.

Room consists of comfortable double bed, two double wardrobes, bedside cabinet, chest of drawers, TV aerial point and looks out over rear garden.

The bungalow itself is bright and airy, with four bedrooms, large lounge/diner, front and rear gardens, Shared facilities include bathroom with shower over bath, basin and WC, cloakroom with WC, and a well laid out kitchen (with a dishwasher!). Rear garden has a summer house and shed, and is perfect for relaxing. Decent wireless broadband (unlimited), landline calls and heat/light included, Off road parking too.

I am looking for a clean, tidy person, who is socialable but also understands personal space and prepared to do their share of the housework, or keep things tidy in the first place! I am one for meeting half way and am looking for a happy sharing 'lodger-ship' whether that's a short term or longer term arrangement!!

I like to keep things flexible and therefore would offer the room on a no minimum rental basis with 30 days notice required by either side.

The area locally has some great walks, lovely countryside, and pubs which do 'pub grub' at reasonable prices but it is still 10 minutes drive into Salisbury, so in a great position.
