I have a short term let available of a double room whilst my eldest son is away at uni.
I own the property and live in, and have 1 full time male lodger.
My 17 year old son also stays a couple of nights a week, and we have a friendly loveable cat.
The house is set in a beautiful village with pub, shop, church and train links to reading and London.
The room is a decent sized double.
There is a shared bathroom and kitchen, and 2 shared living rooms. Parking on the drive and rhe house has a washing machine, dishwasher, freezer etc, all bills included.
Would prefer mon to Friday but willing to consider weekends too
