The space is large, bright, fresh and airy - triple aspect with a full length french window and juliet balcony overlooking lawns and gardens. There is good storage for clothing and the generous ensuite has a capacious double shower, basin and toilet.

TV is available in the room if required. Fast broadband is also included. There is a shared kitchen with washing machine. There are no additional bills for heating, electricity, internet etc..

Included also: Clean bed linen (refreshed weekly) and our cleaner will run round with a hoover weekly (when available).

The room is upstairs and enjoys semi-private access as it is located in a less used part of a large family home. There is off-road parking, access to the garden and a whole network of footpaths to enjoy.

The property is in Great Durnford - very close to Boscombe Down, Porton, Amesbury, and Salisbury. It is only 5 minutes from the A303.

We are a recently retired couple with family with adult children who come and go and we have dogs and cats. The animals are not allowed upstairs.

We are, ideally, looking for a Monday-Friday arrangement. The pricing is based on single occupancy at £170 per week. There is scope for 2 children or another adult in the adjoining bedroom - this would be by separate discussion.

Our previous lodger joined us nearly 3 years ago to stay for 6 months. If you need a reference I am sure he will happily provide one.
