Very nice, self contained, own front door, studio with off street parking in idyllic location offered in exchange for occasional help with driving (sometimes motorway) and also preferably Handiman/chippy help with property maintenance sort of things.
Ideally looking for self employed single person, happy to muck in with property maintenance.
Animal lover essential, experience with dogs and horses a huge plus.
Hours to be agreed- an ad hoc paid occasional extra hours possibly offered if wanted.
Access to lovely river front garden offered, and village has shop and post office. Exceptional transport links and very happy friendly village. Looking for a long term addition to a busy happy family of 4.
