Large double room

I have a Large double room with with double bed , parking available nice sunny garden . Some one who is quiet and respectful of my privacy and quiet times. , Very close to hospital. Shared bathroom and kitchen. Room is available from July must be in full time work. Female preferred. Between 30 and 60 yrs old. No party girls Single room occupancy only. Due to fuel prices I have had to raise the room price. I hate doing this but it’s just unfortunate.
