Furnished room , plenty of drawers and shelving space , small hanging space , virgin tv box available with full package own tv required.
Washing machine , fridge space , full use of kitchen ( or though I do cook for myself most days so could do meals for tenant too if required at extra cost to be discussed)
Use of bathroom ( no bath as it’s classed as wet room )
Very large garden with pond, decking , patio, garden furniture .
I am a smoker but do not smoke indoors.
I have a very friendly dog ( but can’t accommodate any more pets sorry )
20 mins walk to town great bus service too also local amenities ie shop , club and pub 5 mins walk,
Parking for i vehicle on road directly outside gate
Situated in a quiet area with lovely walks and woodlands near by
