I am looking for a respectful, quiet long-term lodger with a view to stay a year or longer. The house is shared with myself, a 31-year-old female professional and a friendly, fluffy indoor cat. You will have access to a large fully renovated, modern and well-equipped kitchen, washer & tumble dryer, as well as a garden. The en-suite bathroom is spacious with both a shower and a large bathtub.

On-street or on drive parking available for use. Bills will be charged separately. Furniture included in monthly cost including double bed and mattress, bookshelves, chest of drawers, office desk and chair, bathroom furniture, other misc items.
