You would be sharing with a female live-in landlord, aged 37, who works a mixture of day and night shifts.
I am looking for a female, non-smoking individual as a housemate. Pets may be considered. Dogs do occasionally visit the house, so a comfortable attitude towards dogs would be important.
Short- or long-term lets considered. Monday-to-Friday-only arrangements may also be considered, at a different rental price.
