Im looking for another housemate to live in a 3 floored townhouse in Halfpenny, Harnham. The property comes with a garage, off street parking & a garden with a conservatory.

The bedroom is on the top floor & comes fully furnished with a large double bed, 2 bedside cabinets, a large chest of draws & a fitted wardrobe. It also has an en suite.

The house is close to a local shop & has good transport links into the city centre & hospital with the bus stop outside the estate. It takes 10mins by bus into town. I tend to walk along the town path.

Currently living on my own.

Ideally looking for someone who is clean & tidy. Single & enjoys music.
