Room in recently refurbished detached house

Unfurnished double room available in a quiet residential area. Short 20 minute walk into the centre of Salisbury over the pleasant town path.

The whole house was refurbished in the last few years and looks very nice inside.

Living room is very large, which is used by the other two housemates. There is also a dining room which is used mostly as a study.

Kitchen has dishwasher, large cooker, washing machine and American Fridge/Freezer.

Bathroom has a large powerful shower and bath.

Fair sized enclosed garden and front drive with space for two cars, although ample parking available on the street if you have guests.

There are currently have two male professional roommates in the house who are easy to get along with and are relaxed. Your roommates are very friendly and will get on with anyone.

A 1/3rd of the bills I have estimated to be around £125 per month.
