There is a shared well equipped kitchen/diner, a small south facing garden with seating and off-road parking.

The house is close to the hospital, situated just off the A338 Downton. road. Within walking distance of the town centre and on multiple bus routes.

I live in the property with my senior cocker spaniel.

Ideal for a clean, tidy professional lodger looking for quiet, friendly accommodation while working away from home. Must have a UK residential address.
