There is a shared well equipped kitchen/diner, a small south facing garden with seating and off-road parking.

The house is close to the hospital, situated just off the A338 Downton. road. Within walking distance of the town centre and on multiple bus routes. Easy access to the north of Salisbury and DSTL via the ring road.

I live in the property with my senior cocker spaniel.
