Modern self contained fully furnished studio apartment with own parking space, patio terrace and separate entrance to the main house. rent includes all bills and wi fi (subject to speed on rural network !) Access to washing machine and tumble drier and garage storage/extra freezer space by arrangement.

We are a family of 3/4 when eldest son is home from Uni and we have 2 dogs who do not access the Studio but parts of the garden are shared

There is easy access to the Wylye valley for lovely walks and by bus to Warminster and beyond. The village has a small shop a Saturday Market once a month (weekly produce stalls in the Summer ) and The Red Lion is the local pub !

The area of the Studio is quiet and we have some lovely neighbours so not looking for a party animal please!
