This is an upstairs room with sole use of bathroom (toilet, bath and separate shower), and landing area with fridge freezer, kettle, microwave and toaster for preparing light refreshments. Access to kitchen downstairs (shared with landlord) for oven and hob cooking. House is on a quiet street close to Highworth's amenities and few minutes from bus route into Swindon. Parking on road or in nearby free car park. Bike storage available if needed. Would suit a professional looking for quiet, tidy lodging convenient for Swindon, Shrivenham and south Oxfordshire towns.
