Hi,
I am looking for a professional person (or student +21) to come and stay in my 4 bedroom detached home.
I live there with my son (14yrs) and a selection of pets including a dog and a cat. I am meticulously clean and vacuum twice daily so hair/fur is never an issue and the pets are not allowed upstairs. I cannot stress enough there is no animal or pet smell and there are stair gates preventing curious pets from investigating!.
I work full time (and occasionally late at night). On these occasions my son stays with his father.
I am friendly and welcoming and it is essential to me that I have a great working relationship with any potential lodger, therefore I will meet you before we agree to share.
I have few restrictions or rules (other than those mentioned). I have good broadband and most TV channels. I will include electricity/gas within reason but I cannot agree to complete unrestricted use (due to rocketing fuel prices).Council tax is included. Access to all white goods by agreement.
The house is a 4 bedroom detached family home in a quiet cul-de-sac on the outskirts of Highworth.. It is close to parks and open land. It is also very close to local bus routes and the village centre. There is adequate parking in the road and on the drive. I do have a garage for bikes/motorbikes etc but this is a much used space and therefore is not suitable for long term storage or for vehicle maintenance.
The gardens are easy care and free to use. The garden is south facing and private.
Just one more thing I have great quiet neighbours and it is really important that they are not disturbed.
