Highworth is a lovely market town just outside Swindon, with three supermarkets, local shops, amenities, and a popular Saturday market. The doctors surgery here is excellent. Where i live is quiet and friendly.
I have two cats who won't bother you. They aren't allowed in the shared bathroom or your bedroom.
I don't usually require a deposit as long as rent is paid upon moving in. Drop me a message to arrange a viewing.
