Room to let in Highworth

Available any time from 1st December.

The room is currently occupied (since 2023) until 30th November. I'll need a bit of time to clean the room before move in date.

Furnished single room to let in two bed house in Highworth (SN6), rent is inclusive of bills Would suit Professional or Student non-smoker, gender/age unimportant. Room available all week.

Parking, shared facilities, free wireless broadband (Sky Sports available at charge), close to local amenities, easy access to Swindon/M4, with a good bus route that takes you into central Swindon. The train station is a short walk from Swindon Bus Station

Highworth is a market town just outside Swindon, with three supermarkets, local shops, amenities, and a popular Saturday market. The doctor's surgery here is excellent. It's a lovely area on the border of three counties, Wilts, Glos and Oxf. Lots to explore!

I work for MoD Shrivenham, am easy going and have two cats who won't bother you. They aren't allowed in the shared bathroom or your bedroom. I don't usually require a deposit as long as rent is paid upon moving in.
