Hello there. I have a recently repainted single room available for rent. It is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, set of drawers and small coffee table. Also the room is lockable. You will be sharing the bathroom with another tenant which is renting the smallest room only a few months a year. Also shared use of kitchen and dining room, living room and garden. The property is based in the Paxcroft Mead area with 10 minutes walking distance from a local Tesco Express. There is a garage where you are more than welcome to store things. There is a friendly dog living in the property so must like animals.
