my potential tenant will be living in my home and therefore i need to know about you, job, shift pattern to know if it will suit me and we get on, I'm very chilled and easy going. Previous I have had tenants for over 10 years and the only end up moving out due to work/relationship relocation, my tenants have ranged frm staying 6 months to 5 years.

Double room in newly decorated beautiful spacious large 4 bed house with 3 bathrooms, near local shops and town centre in Hilperton near Budgens and the coop shop. 10 min walk to town.

Not suitable for someone who is working from home, no couples, not suitable for children.
