There is a living room with sofa and TV, downstairs toilet, large kitchen/diner with electric oven/gas hob, microwave and fully equipped kitchen with all plates, cutlery, pots and pans, dishwasher, coffee machine, blenders and Thermomix!

Separate utility room with washing machine & tumble dryer. There is a garden with apple tree, small lawn and patio area.
There is a corner shop at the petrol garage 2 mins walk and Lidl supermarket is 10min walk. There is also a lovely cafe/garden centre 5 mins walk, bus stop 2 mins walk.

For the right person this is an excellent property in that you only pay room rent but feel like you live mostly alone in a clean and newly decorated property.
