Double room available from December in a terraced house. Situated in a quiet part of Trowbridge, Hilperton, near Staverton marina.
The room is furnished and includes a double bed with underneath storage, wardrobe with two hanging rails, chest of drawers, bookcase and a desk with a TV. It’s on a warm sunny side and the view from the room is that of a garden and a park.
Living arrangements are shared bathroom, with a walk in shower, which has just been renovated. There’s a downstairs toilet, too. Shared use of the kitchen, which has a dishwasher and a washing machine. Access to the garden room with a sitting area and a set of gym weights on arrangement.
Live in landlord - 35 year old woman, mostly working from home, and renovating in the evenings, 11 year old boy (every other week), and a shy black cat.
Bills are included, fast WiFi.
