The room is a decent size (double bedroom) furnished with a bed, built in wardrobe and bedside unit and chest of draws. It comes with its own separate bathroom /toilet within a detached four bedroom modern town house. There is also a spare room on the top floor to use as a separate TV room if required.
There is gas central heating, double glazing, kitchen/dinner, utility room, with washing machine. Lounge with Free-view TV and wireless broadband available.
Full access to front and back garden with off road parking available. Situated on the Hilperton side of Trowbridge on the quiet estate of Paxcroft Meade with lovely walks on open green spaces or local park, at the rear of the house.

Approximately five minuets walk from local shops and five minuets drive to the town centre and supermarket(s).

National Express bus pick up to London etc, railway station to Bath/Westbury are available in the town centre.
Westbury station is approx. 15 mins. drive to commute to London.

I'm looking for a professional non smoking person, like myself to reside Monday to Friday (4 nights). £400 pcm, all bills included (Council Tax, Gas, Electric, Water, Broadband/Wi-Fi, TV, etc). You would need to pay for any call charges on the landline over and above the free call times.
References must be provided.
