1 room available for rent

Renting one room in a beautiful country house. Have an acre of garden, conservatory, large kitchen, living room, spare living room which can be made available solely to lodgers, a study with fully equipped office equipment, bathroom and separate cloakroom (toilet).
I am a flexible, easy going lady that works regularly from home. I go out 2 to 3 times in the week in the evening. I enjoy cooking but am easy going in the kitchen so am happy to give the lodgers free rein in the kitchen. I have two separate dining areas - kitchen and conservatory so there is plenty of space to have some private time.
