Formerly the servants quarters to a country manor, the attic flat consists of a double bedroom, en-suite, kitchen and living space. Located in the eaves, there are beautiful views, and charming character features.

Access to the flat is through the main house so you’d have to be ok with meeting the family on the landing. Our last tenant stayed for 7 years and was very much part of the comings and goings on the property.

We’re a friendly family, consisting of two professional parents, a 9 year old and two cats.

Bills are included, including council tax, WiFi, power and water.

The flat is tastefully renovated and furnished. The grounds are extensive and you’d be welcome to enjoy them. Parking is available in front of the main house.

The village is very vibrant, with cafes, pubs and a local shop. Easy access to Bath from the train in the next village.

Property would suit someone who enjoys privacy, but is happy to be part of a friendly community of people on the property. Someone who enjoys the beautiful house, and surrounds, and is looking to make a home.
